ConDoor announced today that the investment companies Parcom Capital (“Parcom”) and Synergia Capital Partners (“Synergia”) will become shareholders of ConDoor. Alongside Parcom and Synergia, the founders Kees-Jan Honig and Jaap Kwant will stay on as shareholders and as the management team.
ConDoor is a private-label manufacturer of insulated overhead doors for commercial and residential buildings. ConDoor has three production sites in the Netherlands and Hungary and an extensive network of independent dealers in 25 European countries.
“With the arrival of Parcom and Synergia as new investors, ConDoor will be able to make further investments in its facilities and grow faster. These investors will bring valuable experience to ConDoor and help to lay a sound foundation for the company’s continued growth and development,” said founders Kees-Jan Honig and Jaap Kwant.
The proposed transaction is subject to the usual conditions, including the competition authorities’ approval, and should be completed by the end of the year.
