“The mindset I developed in my youth as a top-level athlete – teamwork, discipline, and pushing myself to the limit – still forms an important foundation for me today. I see that same dedication reflected at Parcom, in the way we collaborate closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to create value together.  Educated in econometrics, I take an analytical approach and enjoy diving into complex issues to fully understand them. At the same time, I place great importance on the human side of our work: understanding what drives people and building constructive partnerships. What energizes me is the combination of intellectual depth and personal engagement – a balance I experience every day at Parcom. In my free time, I like to stay active, whether on the ski slopes, during a run, or in a yoga session.”
