“My primary role is assisting entrepreneurs in making the right choices for the short-term and the medium-term. The added value is that I bring focus to their existing plans. At the moment, I am assisting several companies in determining where we want to be in a few years’ time, and what choices are needed now. I then bring the right people together to enable  these – often quite ambitious – transitions. It is not only fascinating to see what this can yield, it also gives me a lot of energy.”
