“Working with entrepreneurs and management teams to maximize their company’s potential is both inspiring and challenging to me. From my personal experience as a manager, I understand the dilemma of tackling daily challenges while keeping an eye on the long-term strategy. At Parcom, we support management teams by thinking along and challenging them as a ‘hands-by’ sparring partner.
