“Within Parcom I am involved in  various activities. Ranging from recruiting and developing  our colleagues, maintaining relationships with investors and raising new funds to communication. I am always looking for growth opportunities and like a personal approach. By getting to know others and really understanding what drives them, you can achieve great things together. Outside of work, I also get a lot of satisfaction from personal interactions  – for example, I like to host dinners and parties at home.”
