Parcom and Gimv reach agreement on the acquisition of Climate for Life

Parcom has reached agreement with Gimv on the acquisition of Climate for Life, a frontrunner in the market for healthy and energy efficient HVAC indoor climate solutions. Parcom will support management with their continued value creation by focusing on the large opportunity in the energy transition of the residential building market.

Today, Climate for Life has a leading position in the Dutch new build and renovation market and is, driven by its ambition for energy neutral living, leading the market in for instance water-to-water heat pumps and ventilation. Climate for Life has ambitious plans to expand its role in the energy transition, for which it will need to make significant investments.
