Earlier this month, Parcom Capital Management (“Parcom”) held the final closing of Parcom Fund VI (“the Fund” or “Fund VI”) at its hard cap of €775 million, after six months of active marketing.
Fund VI was heavily oversubscribed, receiving strong support from Parcom’s existing investor base of loyal, blue-chip limited partners (“LPs”) and attracting new commitments from both domestic and international pension funds, consultants, family offices, asset managers and banks. Parcom’s LP roster is well-diversified by both investor type and geography, including commitments from across Europe and North America. The Fund is expected to begin investing in June 2020.
