The textiles developed and produced by market leader Bekaert Textiles are used to cover tens of thousands of mattresses around the world. The company was founded in 1892 and specialises in high-grade mattress fabrics, with a focus on quality, service, and innovation. During Parcom’s involvement, Bekaert Textiles had six factories with sales offices in Turkey, the Czech Republic, Australia, China, the United States, Mexico, and Argentina. In 2015, Haniel saw in Bekaert the ideal acquisition candidate, and it was time for Parcom to say goodbye; following the takeover of Deslee in 2016, the company got its current name.
