PlastChem, founded in 1994, develops and produces tailor-made PVC compounds used in a wide range of industrial and technical products (e.g. profiles, fittings, cables, retail price tags and vinyl records) from its highly automated production facility in Hardenberg (opened in 2021). With the recent launch of its PVC recycling plant in 2025, PlastChem is further expanding its capabilities by enabling the use of recycled materials, supporting customers in their transition towards more sustainable products. Parcom supports PlastChem in accelerating its growth strategy and strengthening its position in the European PVC compounding market.
