Investment companies Parcom and Foreman Capital have reached an agreement on the acquisition of Quoratio Group, a leading secondment company for administrative processes in healthcare, finance, pensions, social domain and HR/Payroll. With Parcom as its partner, the management of Quoratio Group wants to continue the current growth strategy and company culture. The acquisition will have no implications for employees, customers and partners.
Quoratio Group, founded in 2000, provides secondment- and consultancy services for critical administrative processes with 750 own employees and around 200 self-employed professionals. Quoratio Group is active in five domains: HR process & Payroll, Healthcare, Finance & Control, Pensions and Social Domain & benefits. Furthermore, the Quoratio Group owns a Digital & Data solutions department for the development of robots, business intelligence, data- and other digital solutions. Its mission is to help customers transition to Zero Admin, a way of operating business in which administration seems to be absent.
In 2016 the founders of Quoratio Group sold a majority stake to Foreman Capital, with a growth strategy for five years. During those years the company has grown substantially, both autonomously and through several add-on acquisitions. Now that this growth strategy has been successfully completed, the shareholders and management believe it is time for the next phase, with Parcom clearing the way for further expansion of the proposition into other markets and for continuation of the buy-and-build strategy.
Jochem Kentgens, CEO of Quoratio Group: “All interested parties indicated that they were impressed by our company culture and unique character, in which we also recruit individuals who do not necessarily possess a degree. During our search for a new partner, it was vital to us that this should remain so in the future. We want to continue growing together with our colleagues and retain what we’re already doing right, but with the possibility to achieve our ambitions and plans. Parcom supports this wish, has the necessary experience in secondment in niche areas and has supported many portfolio companies in further growth. I am very thankful to Foreman Capital for their support in the past few years and am pleased that Dick Groen – founder of Quoratio – will remain involved as minority shareholder and advisor.”
Marco van Vliet, Parcom: “We are impressed with the position that Quoratio Group has built for itself over the past few years. In addition, we see a strong management team with ambition and a keen eye on the sector. We look forward to expanding Quoratio’s service in partnership with the team and are confident of a bright future for the company.”
Maxime Rosset, Foreman Capital: “It was a privilege to work with Quoratio Group, its management and Dick Groen. Both through organic growth as well as add-on acquisitions, we have transformed the business into a success story together, with a strong position in multiple disciplines. We are pleased to give Quoratio Group a continued and new future with Parcom.”
Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to a.o. positive advice from the works council and approval by The Dutch Competition Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt).
